"I was referred to Dr. Reed, from a very credible source and was told she was great. I was told she was excellent. I called, seeking counseling, and after which, I was scheduled with a Ms. Hardy, after I requested Ms. Reed. Before confirming my initial visit, I asked for info on the person I was to speak with (I say person because I don't even know her professional title). Once requesting information on her, I was given a first and last name, (all communication is being done VIA text) shortly after the text with first and last name I was texted again asking to confirm, I replied stating I am at work give me a second because I could not find her online. After continuing to search, I texted back asking if I could be referred to her bio. The next text I received stated that my appointment had been cancelled. I would hope that in psychology, people would be treated a little better and a little more consideration would be extended. My thoughts are that they are just tryna get people in and bill, this Ms. Hardy lady is listed nowhere on their website, and all I can find is that at one point she was a school counselor. While dealing with these detrimental, personal issues, I now have to try to find additional help. For the next person, they may not be able to cope as well."
