FX Physical Therapy - Downtown Baltimore

"Have had issues with this company’s billing practices since I got care In the Downtown Baltimore location. Care was excellent, but they have been charging me different amounts for the span of a year. (First bill was in May 2023, months after getting care, last bill received in October both paid in Full) First I paid and emailed Caitlin Felice, Business Manager who assured me the account was at $0, months later received another bill for more than $100, paid again in full. Surprise surprise today I got an email from a collections agency on their behalf for $33 dollars!!! I just paid it again, but be aware their billing department is a big mess! beware of this company!!"
