"I've done therapy regularly for many years, with several different providers. From the first moment I was quite disappointment with Harmony Bay. Their website is shiny, but inaccurate. They say they have in-person appointments but when you talk to them they'll tell you that they only do virtual. The person I spoke to over the phone was a young woman who was very clearly reading a script. I liked the idea that they take insurance but they're really just a big therapy machine. The phone staff don't know the providers. Go read their yelp reviews; they're abysmal. Not worth it to try to fight through their bureaucracy to schedule a simple 15 minute appointment to see if I click with one of the therapists."
