"Wesley is an incredible PT who I had the privilege to work with after a knee injury over the summer. Even before I worked with Wesley, he was always one of my favorite staff members at Healthy Baller. He's always taking the time to get to know not only his athletes, but anyone and everyone who walks into the doors of HB. Whether it was cracking jokes, asking how I was feeling, or showing me support, I always felt welcomed and comfortable during my time with Wesley. Early into my PT process, Wesley located where my pain and muscle weakness was coming from. My right quad had significantly less strength compared to my left after my injury. Wesley addressed this through purposeful and creative exercises that involved strengthening, plyometrics and movement to help me gain back my agility and power. Wesley engraved into my head that details matter!!! Although my injury was minor, by working with Wesley he prevented it from becoming a more severe injury. Further along into my PT process, we worked on active training to replicate the demands of lacrosse such as dodging and shooting.
