"The docs there may be great. My issue is with "care coordination." My insurance lists this group as "in-network" and shows them as accepting new patients. I called on 2 separate days, left a message. No call back. Called a 3rd time. Finally care coordinator answered the phone. Learned that my chosen therapist has long waiting list; asked about others. Was told no one is taking new patients. I asked why they list the group as accepting new patients. Was told it was too much trouble to reflect the actual situation on insurance company site. But then was told the waiting list is so long, care coordinator is turning new patients away and not offering to put a new patient on the waiting list. So, reality is that practice is not in fact accepting new patients. Don't waste time trying to connect with this group."
