"Nancy was very disorganized when it came to setting up a time to talk before our session. When I finally got a hold of her in the phone, I learned she was out of network. I explained that financially I would not be able to work with her. She proceeded to try to coerce me into a session stating “a weight would be lifted” and that “it’s what my passing relative would want for me”. Never in my wildest imagination would I think a psychotherapist would speak so manipulatively. Avoid her at all costs- especially for those who may be vulnerable or easily persuaded.
