"This group is a prime example of what's wrong in our country. With a mental health crisis sweeping the nation, their policy is to actually charge you more if you are a self pay because they prefer to have an insurance company to bill. It's not about helping people who need it as much as it's about the bottom line. Profit over mental health is the wrong way to run a counseling center."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Kevin for a few months now. I find him pleasant and professional and I have grown very comfortable with him. I would recommend him to anyone. However, when trying to make an appointment, I often get the answering machine during the hours that they are supposed to be open during the message. This is not good and they need to get this part of the operation running more smoothly."

"Will not be returning or reccomending. Staff is rude, doctors do not care, they just throw medication at you.. over medicated my son causing a heart issue. never sent out for blood work on a consistant basis or checked to make sure his medication was not causing side effects. Also, staff consistantly overbooks him. which means he is constantly behind. You wait a hour past your appointment time. They are the most uncaring people ever. What a nightmare."

"Some of the front office staff are uneducated and lack pt relations skills with the exception of Donna. The physicians are good, but some of the front office staff are rude and lack any public relations skills. If you don't make a return appointment at the time of your current appointment, and they can't find a time that is convenient for people that work full time, they charge $20.00 to leave a message for the physician!!!!"

"I switched to this office due to front staff difficulties with a counseling center that I had been with for almost 10 years. I'm a bit confused as to the low ratings made as every person I have encountered at this facility have been nothing but friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They are patient and obviously compassionate towards my needs and always willing to help. Yes, there are stringent "rules" for keeping payments current and not being able to make new appointments with a balance due; but, that's only fair and my responsibility to do so. I highly recommend them and find contentment in being with Dundalk Counseling Center."
