"This practice was very difficult to get accurate information/communication from. I had made an appointment for a month out, and took time to call and email THEM to make sure I had submitted everything I needed to, and that there would be no issues when it came time for my appointment. I got an email a week before, cancelling my appointment, because they don't see patients over 21 for what I was asking for. This information was not on their website, and each time I interacted with one of their representatives I was assured I could receive these services with no problems. Now I have to start my search all over again- which as you may know is especially difficult if you have mental health issues. I cannot recommend them for something as important as mental health services."
