"The director at this office is rude. They absolutely hide behind their policies rather than practicing empathy. Not the best environment for healing. One policy is that you must put a card on file for them to charge for bills. They charged me $450 that was taken as a lump sum for several visits overnight. Then hide behind me "not notifying them sooner of an insurance change." Which was not true. I would've been happy to pay, perhaps in installments. However I was not provided that option nor given any sort of grace. 450 is a large amount to deduct directly from anyone all at once. It sucks because I loved my therapist here but I cannot condone the practices policies."
