"While visiting my grandparents this morning, I had the opportunity to hear a conversation between The Plant-It Earth representative, presumably the owner, and my grandmother, who is in her 80's. Perhaps this rep thought she could get away with this communication, as she was dealing with senior citizens, but I'm saddened and grateful that I overheard this interaction. I have never heard such an abusive, rude, unprofessional, inappropriate, conversation. The Plant-It Earth rep called at 8 am on a Saturday morning and proceeded to yell at my grandmother, rudely tell her that she needed to pick up her plants before Wednesday as they are preparing for an anniversary celebration, and accused my grandfather (who cannot walk or move in any agile manner), of grabbing plants out of her hands one year ago and not paying the proper amount. Clearly this interaction upset my grandparents, both of whom have heart conditions. The quoted price of the plants is also more than double than it was last year. I have never visited this nursery, and will never do so. Stay far away, especially if you value customer service, professionalism, and respectable human interaction."
