"This lady is so unprofessional and rude I came to her for therapy for my trauma as a child and in my first session we talked about what I want out of therapy the next session I was just talking about why I was depressed that day she seemed not to be pay attention she kept playing with her dog on the video call then when I told her I don't feel she is paying attention she got very rude and said "who's is the therapist me or you don't tell me how to do my job just because I'm not feeding into your attention seeking doesn't mean I'm not paying attention" I felt so belittled I ended the session and ended up cutting myself had to go to the hospital for self mutilation please be careful she made me feel like I was nothing"

"I went to her for marriage counseling she is completely unprofessional seems to be not paying attention not giving any advice but what topped it off she started to flirting with my husband which made me and him very uncomfortable I ended the session early she then text me telling me that I'm still gonna be charged for the session which I told her fine but this is the last session then text me again and told me that I'm insecure and I'm gonna drive my husband away because of it please do not use her"

"I was looking for a therapist and a family friend recommended Ms Seidel to me. I got in contact with Ms Seidel via email and we set up an appointment and everything was great. I wasn’t aware that she was working out of a resident apartment building (which wasn’t a problem). She didn’t let me know anything about how to find her or if she’s in an office building or anything! Not even giving me the code to get inside the building . Completely clueless when I got there. I had to wait about 10 minutes until someone walked by to let me in. Then I had to ask someone that worked in the building her information and where her office was. So when I finally get to her apartment , she takes me back and I tell her everything of my situation and what was going on, no feedback advice at all . Not one complete thing. She literally told me “well maybe your feeling that way because of what happened” well no duh lady ! I’m not paying you to tell me what I already know. She wasn’t even nice enough to extend the time of the appointment because I was late! Then what tops it off at the end she asks me “so we agreed on $50 right” . I do not recommend her at all. To long of a drive for absolute nonsense. No advice was given at all , completely not comforting !! Terrible experience, save your money and time"
