"Never set a treatment plan, was suddenly terminated for being "unstable",given referrals that were unavailable, and/on a long wait list(im unstable, but don't require hospitalization??!) and no other clarification was given about termination or otherwise. Transparency level 2/10."

"I started seeing Jonathan Drumgoole when he worked for a location in Forest Hill. He was not allowed to let clients know where he was going by the owner of the previous practice. I went to the owner a few times, but he didn't have the same relatability as Jonathan. I was so fortunate to find his own practice in 2014, and have been seeing him ever since. I can't imagine my life without his services."

"BEWARE!! After COVID, my children were being seen here for virtual therapy sessions. My children really liked their therapist which is the only reason why I continued using their services. The owner of this company has shown himself to be less than truthful, condescending and a greedy man, despite advertising as a Christian based service. In November 2021, I noticed a significant increase in charges. I was told to deal directly with the therapist on billing issues. The therapist agreed I was over-billed and agreed to waive certain charges. Then the owner got involved and that was not fully honored. Since that time, I have spent hours of my time dealing with this office and their billing issues, including failing to apply credit card payments to my account. Recently, I had a charge from November 2021, that was marked a “settled encounter” mysteriously appear back on my account which the owner refuses to remedy despite all of the issues I have had. To make matters worse, this company charges $237 for an hour online session with a nine-year old which is significantly higher than other therapists in the area. They also currently charge a $85 late cancellation fee."

"Please do not go to this Couseling center. They will take your money. I was set to go to court on a specific date in Belair md and use them for court. I paid my 500.00 fee to them for court. That morning we didn’t have to go to court we worked it all out prior. So I did not use there services at all. They still kept my 500.00 dollars and still have yet to send it back to me since that date. Horrible place."
