"My experience with MPB Group has been the best. My eldest son began his individual therapies and it has been a success and then they recommended family therapy to me. My family and I received family therapy with Miss Jazmín for 2 years, and today was our last appointment. I am a little sad because I am going to miss her as much as my children. "I have been going to MPB group for about 5 years and my experience was great until I switched jobs and my insurance changes. My Therapist’s name is Neena, I have been going to her consistently until this incident happened. I wasn’t notified or told that I would have to pay $25 per session until I received a phone call from the billing department. I was then told my copay’s had accumulated to $300. Why couldn’t I have received email or mail notifications for each session. I spoke to the Manager Minoti about this and she said when I signed up for my health insurance with my new employer I should have understood what the copay for therapy. I was then told to stick a pin in the situation and that she would get back to me with a resolution. I express my concerns and how important this is for me to continue with my treatment with my therapist. I have shared a lot with Neena. We have done a lot of work together and I thought we had a strong bond. All of this happened on May 15, 2023 and I haven’t heard anything from anybody. I sent my therapist a message and she never responded. I had what felt like a mental breakdown after all of this. This was my outlet and that was ripped away. Why wouldn’t anyone check on me or resolve this situation so that I can continue my treatment? I don’t feel valued or that my mental health matters to my therapist or MPB Group. Which is really sad because that is why they are in business to help people and find solutions to complex problems."

"I just wanted to share that my therapist Mikaela is professional, warm, attentive and caring. she really does an excellent job making me feel comfortable and heard and I am able to open up and get the help I need. I thank God because for me it feels like talking to a friend - someone who is objective but who really wants to help me and is present 100% of the time. She has given me tools to cope with my psychiatric needs, I look forward to speaking with her weekly and I will be her patient for many years to come!!
