"Tides of Change and Jasmine saved our family. We found out about them when they first opened and it was a gift from God. I honestly don't know how our daughter and our family would have made it through those 3 years without them. I refer EVERYONE with a struggling teen or young adult to this practice. Run, don't walk, to get help here. I saw another post from a parent who said Jasmine made things worse. This program is best for the most extreme cases so parents have to be willing to do hard things. Life will get worse before it gets better because your teen will not like your consistency, unity as parents, and boundaries, but in the end, you won't believe the difference. If you don't stick with the program, it doesn't work and it's HARD. If you do, it could literally save your child's life, as it did ours. It also gave us the confidence to create necessary boundaries and help our other children better. I'm STILL reviewing my DBT binder and it STILL helps me parent my other children."

She provided no help. When it comes to mental health this place will only destroy you. She ended up going into a Residential program because of the emotional damage from this group.
