"A month before I had rotator cuff surgery I went in and talked to them and told them I was a special case due to my health and asked if they were knowledgeable enough to deal with me, something they confirmed. One week after surgery Jeanna was so brutal in her treatment that surgery was nothing compared to how she treated me. I was in cruciate pain for about two weeks and fever of 103 F and all the other complications I got and I am a person who can not take medication. One week after surgery is still healing time for the full tear rotator cuff and bicep repair. I had to wait two weeks before I could continue physical therapy because of Jeanna`s brutal treatment. My new therapist is so gentile to compare. Jeanna stoned me and my new therapist is light as a feather. Jeanna might be good with healthy people but I would not recommend her for people with special needs. Physical therapy should never be painful."
