"Mike and his physical therapy (PT) assistants are generally pleasant and courteous. However, it is important to exercise caution when dealing with their front office and billing department. These particular departments have a tendency to push for excessive PT sessions without adequately verifying insurance coverage. It is their responsibility to obtain pre-authorization from my insurance after a certain number of PT sessions. Unfortunately, they neglected this duty, resulting in the insurance denying their claims and subsequently charging me for previous sessions. My insurance explicitly stated that the PT office should have obtained the pre-authorization, absolving me of any financial obligations. Furthermore, I was billed for a missed appointment that was initially canceled due to Mike's absence, with the intention of rescheduling it. Unexpectedly, I had to travel out of town for a personal matter, which diverted my attention away from keeping the PT appointment. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to convince them to waive the fee for this one-time no-call, no-show occurrence. It appears that their primary focus is maximizing profit rather than prioritizing the well-being and concerns of their patients."

I am always leary when it comes to a new doctor for anything but from day one they have been welcoming and have focused on the solution for my issues. I would recommend them to anyone."
