"Possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Walked in to three employees huddled around their cell phones all the way at the end of the counter with not a single utterance of a welcome to the store. Picked up a few items for a gathering pretty much fending for myself when I was clearly searching for the appropriate isle to find said items. Oh and checkout was the best part! I rudely interrupted the cashier’s personal FaceTime call that she politely excused herself several times to answer, put on her headphones (because it’s only polite when answering a personal call while you’re ringing up a customer of course), and delay my transaction by stopping several times to engage in her important call. I don’t know if I even have to say it but a goodbye and thank you was out of the question because it seemed her important FaceTime was of utmost concern. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else."
"Went to party city for balloons. They have the largest section I have seen locally. Service was good and gentleman who helped me was great."
