"I was 90% of the way to closing my account based on the ridiculous extra fees, archaic mobile app, grimy ATM I have to put my card in twice to use after I’ve waited 5 minutes, the delayed Drive-thru—it goes on and on but TODAY when I spoke with Debbie—I’m DONE! I would think NBT would be catering to the small customer base they are fortunate to have—not the case at all! When I expressed my concern about her not resolving my simple issue and told her I’m ready to close my account if she can’t help me—she rudely told me to have a nice night and hung up on me. Not the first time I’ve witnessed her less than sub-par interaction with customers but will absolutely be the last!!!! Do not bank here-go to a credit union or back over to Wells Fargo where you aren’t nickel and dimed to do your banking. Dominique Wick"
