"My personal therapist was fine but when my schedule changed and I tried to reach the front office to get a new meeting time, I wasn’t given a return phone call until I vocalized being frustrated in a voicemail and then was told they would call me after they spoke to my therapist. This supposedly was the office manager and I never heard back. This has been 2 months ago that this began. It feels very unorganized."

"This office is nothing but a bunch of thieves. None of the doctors or staff have a clue of what they're doing at all. One doctor prescribed me something much higher and nothing like what I needed because they have an agenda of drugs they're trying to push onto you"

I have never been the patient of a mental health provider OR any other health care provider that I have felt compelled to write a review for. I'm happy with the services that this provider has provided me with and have had an exceptional overall experience."

"I had to change therapist several times due to employee turnover. I was referred to see trauma therapist in 2017. I didn’t receive/begin the proper treatment until 2020-2021. While triggered, in panic, and feeling like ending everything I was discharged for not making progress. my scheduled appointments were canceled and I’m not allowed to return for mental health services despite being referred back by several doctors. They were supposed to be my support and abandon me during crisis. I’m truly hurt by Joe Dangenhart after 5+ years of continuous treatment. Consequently, I worsened and I’m still struggling"

"Administration runs this business horribly and office staff is extremely rude. They never return calls. Everything is very disorganized and you have to follow up and call back several time to get anything answered or addressed. The providers are good but the headache of dealing with administration and office staff is not worth it! Also be sure to read the policies before signing and agreeing. They require a 48 hour notice of cancellations. That includes being sick. If you are sick, you get charged a late cancellation fee. Most ridiculous thing I have every heard! No one can predict when they will be sick. Worst run place I have ever encountered. Find a better, more understanding practice. I find it Very sad and disappointing that a mental health facility would cause so much stress and carelessness to their patients. Don’t waste any of your time or resources here."
