"I first came to this psych ward back in 2015 and first reported the abuse i suffered as a child to them. they didn't report my child abuse like they are mandated to. because of that, i figured there was nothing that could be done to my father who was still alive at the time. Dr. Azul also clearly hasn't picked up a psychology book since 1996 because she thinks DID is still called multiple personality disorder. I think I have to report them for insurance fraud too because they ordered a CT scan in my name when I asked them if there was a brain scan that can tell if I had DID which would've been an MRI."

"I am sure this place has good areas and bad areas. I am rating on the fact I dropped some clothes off this morning for my daughter and the security guard on duty (this was a little after 8am) was extremely rude. Told me to “throw them on the table and he will go through them at some point and give them to her when he has time”. WAIT WHAT? You were sitting there looking around the entrance when I walked in! I doubt he was busy. If you are that miserable being at your job maybe you should quit! Not the best person for outsiders to come in after having a family member being there. He was NOT welcoming, and made me feel like I was a bother by dropping clothing off. You guys need to have a talk with this man!!! Totally unprofessional!"

"I was looking up the phone number because it was accidentally deleted from my phone. I saw the review section and was stunned. Now first I have to say, I followed Dr. Ahmad from his Pittsburgh office up to Greensburg so I'm not that familiar with other staff members but on intake it was a very positive experience. The Psychologist was very kind and thorough. The office staff has been helpful except for one individual but there will always be someone that isn't what you'd expect. Dr. Ahmad get's nothing but praise from me, he took me off the hamster wheel of the trial and error medication regime. Prescribed an older rarely used medication and it saved my life. No more ECT, no more lengthy hospitalizations, gave me back a little bit of normalcy. Although I'll never be completely well, I'm so much better due to his help. When he moved the new psychiatrist wanted to take away the medication for a newer one, didn't want to take the risk because there are a lot of things you have to adhere to with this medication. Not a chance. I drive up from Pittsburgh to see him as does my son. He truly cares about his patients. I will be forever grateful for his help."

"This was the first place I came for mental health treatment. Thank god for the other members of my support system who quickly identified this was not going to be helpful. There are so many qualified drs and therapists in the area, don’t let these people make you feel worthless and without hope. Toni just texted through our appointments…lol, she’s a joke in general, coming to work with dripping wet hair and dirty clothes every single appointment. Don’t let people like that make you feel small, and don’t settle for treatment that makes you feel small."

"Cannot stress how poor their service is. I have been going here for a year and a half. Dr Toni blatantly blew off a telemedicine appointment (and then tried to say she called me when I have multiple records showing she never gave me a call). They have thrown random pills at me and I don't feel at any point did they have a good understanding of my affliction. Dr. Arul dismissed me when I told her a mood stabilizing medication gave me intense negative side effects. Do not go here, they are hacks."
