"Be careful about using this company. Firstly, I really liked my therapist they placed me with, but there have been issues. They had not been charging my insurance right for over a year and even charged the wrong insurance altogether after me telling them that was wrong. I had to clear up multiple insurance issues myself. I was told abruptly, given only a month's notice, that they would not be using my insurance moving forward. I had to call to confirm this and was not given a formal email or letter. Second, many of the employees do not know what is going on with regards to patients. I had to call three separate people to get someone who knew about my situation and what was going on. This company is unprofessional and frustrating to deal with."

"Update 9/13: I was reached out to by the manager regarding my experience and wanted to provide an update. They apologized for the misunderstanding and they agreed to squeeze me into their schedule for therapy services. The service has been great so far and my therapist is friendly and helpful. However, I am not sure if I would have received services if not for my negative review. I felt somewhat pressured by the manager and it was mentioned to me several times now they they strive to provide the best care for their patients and would like for me to update my review. I called for therapy services and the lady I spoke with said they had therapists with openings accepting patients. I gave them all of the my information including insurance cards, credit card, and filled out a survey to setup an intake appointment. When I spoke to Emma at my intake appointment I was told there is a 3+ month waiting list for therapy services."

"My therapist through there is wonderful but, the nurse practitioner is more to be desired. She answered her cell phone during my appointment and stayed on it for far too long and after she was done didn’t even apologize for taking the call. She also discussed one treatment plan with me and then changed it after getting off of the virtual call leaving me confused when I got my prescriptions. Also, because of that I am having a bad physical reaction. Called Thursday to try to speak to her and the receptionist marked my message urgent. It’s Tuesday and have yet to hear from her. Yeah, let’s say I’m on google now to find a different place to go to."
