"This is not a bad review for the store. This is a review for the awful customer support over the phone. I spent probably 30 minutes with a woman over the phone. She asked me to explain my issue 4 times. She also did not solve my issue and simply offered me a 40% off code which said it was already used. I am now on the phone with their support again and what should have been a 1-2 minute hold is now a 21 minute hold of music. There is too large of a language barrier with the over the phone support."

"I love the selection of soap making things this location has and the deals and coupons but the manager with the short gray hair is extremely rude about 90% of the time i’m there she’s talking down to employees, not being patient, and being overall rude. not cool."

"Stopped in looking for 60th birthday ideas for a family birthday. We ended up in the sticker aisle for almost an hour! They had 16th, 18th, 21st, 30th, 40th & 50th birthday sets.... But not a 60th birthday set!! Even though we couldn't find what we wanted, we ended up buying several other sticker packets. Their selection was amazing and all were beautiful with a 3D effect!! We'll definately be back for more!! Be prepared to spend on them tho as the average range was $3.99- $8.99!! Overall the store was clean and well stocked! Halloween is in full swing already!! The associate that waited on me wasn't very friendly and was a bit irritated when I asked her to remove something she had rung up. The sticker on the shelf had said clearance but it rang up regular price so I didn't want it. She had to ask another person for help and removed the item. Other than that, we left happy with our visit there!!"
