The people that answer the phone sound ghetto most of the time. I’ve called several times & I get the runaround every time. I’m told someone is going to call me back or someone’s going to schedule an appointment or someone’s going to do this or that and no one ANYTHING!! You all are supposed to be helping the community. As far as I see it, you’re doing nothing positive.. Your bringing stress upon them! By promising a service that you cannot provide."
