"ZERO stars They are full of it here. I came in to get a tire repair they asked for my number. No one bothered to called after two hours so I went back to the store only for them to tell me I needed new tires and couldn't repair the tire. They didn't even bother to take the tire off and see if they could repair it. Took it to Good Year in Bladensburg and they repaired the tire. They didn't try to upsell me on anything. Avoid this place the techs are lazy."
"I have a love/hate feeling with this place. I rate this place a 2.5. If you are looking to buy NEW tires, this is a great place. If you are looking to take advantage of tire rotation, look elsewhere. I made an appointment ahead of time to get my tires rotated, when I drop my car off I am told that the wait time was 1.5 - 2 hours long. I asked for my keys back and did it myself. I only wanted to use their tire rotation service because it gets documented in case of any future warranty claims. My time is valuable, I can't stand around a Costco for hours during an epidemic trying to get my tires rotated when I can do it myself faster at home using my floor jack and jack stands. Appointments appear to be pointless as you still are required to wait a very long time."
"The best Costco tire center in town! I only come here! The gentlemen there are always quick and professional. Johnny, I think is the supervisor there and is especially helpful. They keep my tires in mint condition and always have good, affordable recommendations when needed."
"A 3hr wait turned into a 4+ hr process for a simple tire change. This was a followup visit, i shouldn't have needed new tires in the first place since i had just gotten my tires changed last month. I didn't even receive a receipt, but I was so ready to get out of there."
