"Do NOT buy tires here! I bought a full set of new tires here due to the cost and the ability to take advantage of the tire's warranty being honored at any Sam's location. I ended up with a flat tire on one of my new tires (less than a year old) and brought it in to be fixed and was told that Sam's did not have those tires in stock, and that he had no idea when they would get those tires back in stock. He also said that my flat tire could only be replaced with the exact same tire, which wasn't in stock. This made my warranty essentially useless. While that was frustrating enough, he (the manager of the tire department) also informed me that the tires I had put on my vehicle were "not rated" for that type of vehicle! My biggest problem with that statement was that it was his department that ordered and then mounted those tires for me!! If the tires were the wrong type for the car, I would expect for a tire department to at least notify me of such during the order process or the installation process. I informed him of that and asked if there was anything he could do to help me out at all, like discount a similar tire or something . . . he shrugged and said he "really couldn't help me." Classic big box store treatment. Next time I'll just pay more and use a local tire shop that actually values my business."

"Over the past three weeks I have managed to get two flat tires, and wow, am I glad that my mother raised me as a Sam’s Club girl. The first time I came in, I was in a real pickle because extenuating circumstances meant that I wouldn’t be able to get my tire situation fixed for another week if I couldn’t get it done that day. Thank goodness Jason from the tire center was there and able to help me out, he got me in and out in two hours with a whole new set of tires! Three weeks later and here I am again after running over a bolt and this time Adrian was able to replace my tire in an hour and for no charge thanks to the premium warranty. The staff have been so friendly and helpful, the tires well priced, and the warranty so useful that I will be a Sams girl for life!"
"Everyone is very friendly. It’s been a nightmare though since Ive bought my tires and had them replaced by Sam’s. When I received my car, none of my air caps were on so I had to ask for them. After driving away, my car would shake around 50-60 mph and the low pressure light immediately came on. I tried to call numerous times during the week to try to make an appointment and no one answers. I just decided to walk-in. They told me my lug nut was missing and refilled my air. Told them they were the first and last to handle my tires so there is no reason it should be missing. I bought my own lug nut at an auto store to replace, and after an hour or so of driving the tire pressure light is back on again. I give up - going elsewhere. Tire prices were great and people were nice but time is money and so much of it was wasted."
"I worked with the Tire Center for several days in early October 2020 and I appreciated how helpful and kind every employee was. I had a fairly new tire that got a flat unexpectedly and I was uneducated about many factors regarding getting a new tire. I thought I knew what I was talking about, but the technicians at Sam's Club were honest with me and helped steer me in the right direction of making sure I got the best and safest tire to replace my old one. They did not push products or services I didn't need. They spoke to me in ways I could understand and though service was at times slow, I would rather wait patiently for quality service that have someone perform a quick job that won't ensure my safety. The Tire Center was overwhelmed with customers each time I came in but I was always treated with great service when I came in and I got a new tire for a great price. My only criticism is that my spare tire was put into the hatchback of my car after it was replaced with my new tire, rather than put back into its storage area in my car. This is a minor criticism of course so I am still standing by my five star review. If you are looking for a lightning fast help you might not find it here but it was more worthwhile to me to set aside time in my day for great service than to rush the services somewhere else that would overcharge me! Thank you all the technicians that helped me, I greatly appreciated your expertise and hard work."
