"Rating for Customer service and flow of service. I came into the store to purchase tires in peparation for the winter. The costco tire staff advised me on the best value and tires for my car. Unfortunately, the tires were not in stock and needed to be ordered. Three days later the tires arrived and i received a call to pick them up. When I inquired about setting up an appointment, the staff member quickly advised that I just walk-in…. I did just that and waited 4 hours for an install. I highly recommend you make an appointment even if they advise not to. The disorganization and flow while waiting was chaotic."

"I went in to have my tires replaced. They were still under warranty so we decided to take a discount on the tires. I spoke with a professional and polite associate the first day who told us to bring the car back the next day to have the tires installed (they were closing soon). When I returned the next day I was told my warranty was null and void; completely contradicting the conversation I had the prior day thus creating a 45% increase in the original price I was supposed to pay. I would NOT recommend the Costco tire center in Brandywine at ALL"

I went to Costco for my tires because my mother had such a positive experience getting tires for vehicle. Now my husband will be going to Costco for tires!
