"Went in to get a tire patched up after running over a screw. The gentleman at the counter took a look at it and said I would need to get a new tire as the puncture was too close to the sidewall. He then tried to show me that the tire was punctured in another spot, but that was just gravel wedged in the tread. I understand that some places won’t do a patch in certain areas and this guy was nice enough, but I’m leery of anyone that can’t tell the difference between a rock and a screw. I took my vehicle down the road to J.C. and they patched my tire up in 15 minutes."
