Reviews of Ritter Carol E Md
"SHE IS A HORRIBLE DOCTOR!! I have been a patient of Dr. Ritter for several years. I have been unsatisfied at previous visits but decided to look past my initial concerns with hopes of things getting better. I was wrong this last visit was my FINAL visit! She is very condescending and dismissive. Dr.Ritter lacks medical empathy and she talks to you as if you are not able to comprehend. Reviews are really beneficial and informative. I decided that it was necessary to pass this on so possible new patients can be aware of what to expect should you decide to select her as a provider. I would HIGHLY advise AGAINST it!! BEST OF LUCK"
"You don’t find doctors like her anymore. I thank God I found her. She really listened and she heard me. I love her!"
"My first experience here was with Dr Stacy which was great she made me feel comfortable. However my next appointment was with Dr Ritter I had some issues going on and she made me feel so small and felt like she belittled me the whole time about what was going on. when I tried to ask questions she just kept repeating herself. I felt like she wasn’t taking my feelings into consideration. At all. I was clearly upset. Instead of taking time to explain things to me like she cared. She kept it moving. Not to mention when I said I wasn’t vaccinated nor did I plan on it getting vaccinated for covid. I thought her bed side manor was terrible! And I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. I now love my new OB! Who took the time to explain things to me and listen to what I had to say!! Our voices matter. And just because you have a degree doesn’t mean you belittle people and treat them as if they don’t matter. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend."
"My first visit to this office in 2020 was with Stacey Keeling and I absolutely loved her! She was kind and listened to any questions I had. I went to her off a recommendation from a friend after I had already fired a previous gyn for being condescending. (And they are providing you a service so you should absolutely fire any OB/GYN that doesn’t give you the best of the best concerning your health). Stacey has since left the practice, unfortunately. Today, however, was a completely different story. Carol Ritter was more concerned about giving me a lecture on the Covid vaccine than with talking to me about what went on in my visit. I am not vaccinated nor do I plan to be, I came for my annual visit, not to hear an entire speech on the Covid vaccine and how I won’t be able to travel if I don’t get it. She wasn’t nearly as thorough as Stacey and was very condescending that I wasn’t vaccinated and that I used the BBT method of birth control. I feel as if I got subpar healthcare because I wasn’t vaccinated. So, today, I left and I’ve decided to never go back. You’ve been fired, Carol. The front desk girl was so sweet and an absolute doll."
"Carol Ritter was HIGHLY recommended to me from a friend. I called and explained that when making the appointment and asked for the appointment to be with Dr. Ritter. When my appointment finally came around a few months later, I was with a different person. The front desk greeted me as if I had been there before and not a new patient. I never even got to meet Dr. Ritter. My appointment was very brief in my opinion. Their office thought the appointment exceeded their time limits for a new patient because when I received their bill and my EOB, they had billed me for additional time/issues. My preventive care is supposed to be covered 100%. Please be advised that you may be paying out of pocket if you ask any questions here. I was really not impressed with my experience here. I felt like just a number."
