"I walked, into the redwings store. On Thursday morning, In Nottingham Maryland. A lady named heather, approached me. And was very rude. She did not respect me being there at all. She was very disrespectful and had a very rude tone of voice with me. When I asked her to try on different pairs of shoes she kept on rolling her eyes at me. And did not seem, as if she was willing in any way. To help me. All I was trying to do, was try on shoes. To see what I liked best. So I could purchase the shoes. I felt very disrespected, therefore I left the store. And I am not going to come back, because this lady was very horrible towards me. And I am not even sure if I will ever shop there ever again. If I was anyone looking for a pair of shoes, don’t try to ask heather anything. She is very disrespectful. Thank you, have a nice day."

"My husband and I entered the Store to look for a good pair of work boots for his Job. He found a pair and ask a Sale Clerk I believe her name was Heather if they have the same pair in a size bigger She was very anoyed and looed like she rather be on the phone the help my Husband. He had to ask her numerous Times before she even looked up from her phone we just gave up and left the Store. We will not come back. I have to say to that Sales Clerk if you don't want to work and just sit there and look at your Phone then help Costumers then this is not the Job for you. And to whoever is the Reginal Manager of this Store you need to fire this Person she is not an asset to your Store."

"Great service. They polished and put new soles on my boots. They also put a toe protector on them. These boots are over 10 years old and saved me about about $280.00. They also provided me with new inserts and my feet feel like they're brand new."
