"Good customer service. I ordered roses for a wedding. The flower girls used the petals in their baskets. The color assortment they sent was gorgeous! Delivery was prompt and exactly when scheduled. I would recommend and return to Antoszyk's Garden Center and Florist."

"We will never use this florist again. We ordered flowers for my mother in laws funeral. We spoke to two separate people and requested the same thing of both. We wanted one heart shaped and one wreath shaped arrangement. We wanted the arrangements to be lavender and cream roses. The one woman said even if she didn’t get in lavender roses in time that she would drive to Pittsburgh to get them. When the arrangements arrived at the funeral home they were not what we requested. There was no lavender in sight and very few roses. When I called to question why we didn’t receive what was requested and why we wouldn’t be notified if they were not available, the lady stated they didn’t deliver lavender so we used a dark purple. She also stated there was no way she could do all roses for what we paid. I explained we said the amount didn’t matter as long as we got what we requested. She was very rude and very unapologetic. We called Pajer’s and Missy was wonderful! She very quickly put together a beautiful arrangement of lavender roses!"

"They were VERY rude and unprofessional when I ordered flowers for my grandmothers funeral. I would NEVER recommend anyone order from them. I ordered a flower spray on Monday & I made a simple mistake and put my own name as the recipient at the funeral home. And on Wednesday, 3 hours before the viewing saying they couldn’t find me at any funeral home, when I ordered with my name, paid with my card with my name and signed the card with my name. How and why would I order flowers to myself, they thought I was deceased. Simple mistake from me. But I had written my contact number on the order form twice. And they didn’t think to call me until last minute. So they hadn’t even started the arrangement yet and I told them I’d like to still have it be at both viewings, and a lady in the background on the phone was screaming “oh my god, oh my god we can’t do that in time” and I said I paid a lot for it and I want it at both viewings. So the lady said ok we’ll see what we can do. And hung up on me. And my mother called them and they were also rude to her, asking if we just wanted to cancel the order, very rudely, and my mom said no. I ordered them and I wanted them. Well they were delivered, looking absolutely NOTHING like the photo online, had dead flowers on it and a rose right in the center with all of the petals fallen off. My Grandma loved flowers and deserved so much better. So I called them today and said I was not satisfied at all, which they have a “guarantee” on their website, and I told her about the lady in the background saying “omg” over and over again, and she goes on to tell me that I’m lying and making things up and that she has photos of the arraignment and will “fight me to the very end on this” how is that professional? Very disappointed in this shop and will never give them my business again. Photos show what I had ordered online and what I had received."

Always the owners have gone out of their way to make something for my budget with the same care regardless if i am spending 10 or 75 dollars that day. Not once have i ever been disappointed or my wife for that matter!!"
