"Our friend and her mother lost their grandmother/mother... as she passed away the other day. We are so many miles away and wanted to send our condolences with something more meaningful than just a text. It was after business hours, and we wanted to make sure we ordered from Fairview only, as they came highly recommended by a friend. So why not try them? They are family owned, after all! FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Ordering and paying online was a breeze. The selection was wonderful and I feel confident with the arrangement we chose. There didn't seem to be a limit on the amount of words we could write in the personalized message card, and that alone has sold us on Fairview! We always feel limited, and as though we can't truly express our feelings within the note and character quantity that that is delivered with the flowers. This time we did! Of course we received the receipt with confirmation immediately via email, which is fairly standard. What isn't standard, but was ABOVE & BEYOND, that Fairview called to let me know they were leaving shortly to make our delivery. We were shocked! Then, and in no time at all, we received a follow up message letting us know the flowers were safely delivered to this sweet, grieving family. Our company sends a LOT of flowers out as "get well" "condolences", & "congratulations", for both customers, family and friends.
