"This is such a great option if you are looking to send loved ones fresh & tasty products for the holidays or a special occasion. Fruits are always fresh and delivery efficiently."
"I had placed two orders this oast week. I wanted to try the dessert items that are now on the menu. The first order was dipped fruit and cupcakes that were delivered. The fruit was good as it has been with past orders, but the cupcakes were very dry. The second order was 2 dozen chocolate chip cookies and 2 cheese cakes. My daughter enjoyed the cheese cakes. The cookies however, are complete garbage. They are over baked and one step away from being completely burnt. The cookies are rock hard and unedible. Each cookie is only the size of a half dollar which also makes them way over priced. Edible arrangements should have stuck with fruit, venturing into desserts was not a good experience. Truly disappointed."
"Chocolate bananas are incredibly delicious❤❤❤❤❤"
"I’ve ordered smoothies from here twice. Both times I waited over 10 minutes with no one in the store & one of those times I walked away with nothing. When I ordered the 1st time, I was told the system needed to “wake up”. Idk if it was that the system needed to wake up or if they didn’t know how to work the register. But I waited for her to fix that, pay, & then she made my smoothie. All in all, it took 15 minutes to get 2 smoothies. The 2 time, same thing. The system needed to “wake up”. But then the person who was helping me had to get someone else to attempt at “waking it up”. Still never did btw……& I because I had already been waiting so long, I just left without the smoothie. And it’s fine, not a big deal, I got a better tasting smoothie elsewhere after my sons appt. But it’s the fact that they weren’t apologetic or accommodating for making me wait 15 minutes the 1st time & then 10 minutes the 2nd time (where I didn’t even get my smoothie) I do not recommend this location."
"Placed a mother's day order through Doordash on Saturday morning...they cancelled at 9am on mother's day and just refunded me, with no apologies and no offer to make up for leaving my girlfriend high and dry at work waiting for her "mother's day surprise". I guess the surprise is that she's getting nothing, since I can't get anything from anywhere else now. Thanks Edible Arrangements!"
