"Called twice today trying to order flowers for my moms birthday. The first time the phone rang twice then went to voicemail. Second time i called the owner picked up and said she was out with her daughter. I live in Monongahela and have never seen this place open so i have no idea how theyre still in business but i will definitely never be calling again."

"2/9/2022 - Today I decided to order flowers for my grandmother. After finding a bouquet at an online shop for $50 I figured let me try something local because I rather give my money to a local shop. I called Angel’s and asked for a similar bouquet and they quoted me $80 for a “quality” bouquet. After I said that was over my price range and asked what I could get for $50 I was told by the woman “I can give you a mug with carnations”. I thought her response was completely ridiculous and unprofessional. I will never shop at this florist and am honestly surprised by the reviews if this is the way they choose to respond to customers. Shop at your own risk! I ended up getting a beautiful bouquet from another local florist, Dupree’s 88, for under $50 with free delivery"

When I finally got someone to answer the phone I asked why they were not getting in touch with me and they said I was being argumentative. Then they said I should call Crall’s Flower Shop and hung up on me."
