I called to see if anyone could get me in ASAP. Promptness: On the phone, I was told I could be seen as soon as I arrived. I was greeted in under a minute and was asked to sit tight for another few minutes. I was seen in another few minutes! Professionalism: The tire situation was evaluated. Sure, they might find a hole and plug it, but (indicating problem areas) I was shown that my best course of action was a new tire. I agreed and expressed interest in a used tire. They didn't have my size on hand. Helpful: Without missing a beat, the tech was on the phone arranging the work for me at another location that had the time and the tire to get me moving ASAP. Recap: In 5 minutes, I was seen, spoken with, and referred. I might suggest a new name: Those "Yeah, We Got You Covered" Guys"
