"I ordered a combination of circle, star and graduation cap cookies for a party but was not satisfied with the result. Usually designed sugar cookies from a bakery are thicker, but these were barely a quarter inch thick. In addition the "graduation cap" was very difficult to distinguish. When I called to share my feedback, Jackie's customer service reply wasn't very friendly. Instead, she kept saying that the thickness of the cookie was due to them being "homemade" and the individual who made them was not "a machine." The reason I ordered from her was because I had her cookies in the past and they were much better. I was surprised with her response. When I placed the order, I felt she would best suggest the design according to what I wanted, but I was wrong."
