"I came in after calling the call center (main # -side not hit 3 when you call off Google to go directly to that store). What the call center doesn't do is coordinate with the staff at the location. I got there and there was a 3-4 hour wait, which wasn't their fault. BUT, Doug and Steve took care of me. They saw that I needed one (1) tire, and were able to fit me in. Not only were they quick, communicative, and helpful, they offered the best service. Id give 6 out of 5 stars if I could. Seriously, these guys deserve your business."

"Drew, Scott, and Doug, are a great team. I called the Gaithersburg location on Woodfield Road. I originally spoke with Scott about my SUV having no power he was so helpful and I arranged to have my truck towed to the shop when I arrived on Wednesday Scott was there on his day off along with Drew and Doug, they really explained everything from services prices and wait time . I was so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism that I got four new tires also. I will definitely be bringing all of our vehicles here. As long as Scott is the manager, I know my service will be outstanding. Check them out for the first time or revisit because they have a new team and the service is Outstanding."

"I recently stopped by the Gaithersburg location and was greeted by the manager Scott. I was looking for pricing on tires that would be suitable for my budget. He was very knowledgeable about the products, was polite and the store was nice and clean. When the time is good for me, I will definitely be stopping back and speaking with Scott again to make my purchase and have the service taken care of!!"

"Scott was able to get me in real quick for a tire change that I suddenly got a nail in. He was really polite and respectful. He does a great job with handling customers and multitasking. They also did a good job on my car, and got me back on the road in great time!"

"Possibly the worst experience in tires ever. I scheduled online for a 9 am appointment showed up was greeted promptly then it just declined from that point. I watched as 1 employee worked on cars and two others stood around and ate and played on their phones. My car was not pulled in until I asked what was going on and well over an hour after my appointment time. I then watched them take the tires off and proceed to hide behind the car and smoke a cigarette and play on their phone for another 1/2 hour. I watched as they beat on my tires/rims with a sledgehammer. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting as well as the coffee area neither looks like they have been cleaned in months. There are dead roaches all over the floor in the waiting area. Total time to install four tires from when I arrived at 8:55 for my 9 am appointment and one other car in the bay on arrival was almost 3 hours..."
