"They helped me out in a jam. The flower choice was nice and so was the band for the corsage but all the flowers fell off as soon as I got it home so I ended up having to fix a 90 dollar corsage. Very disappointed in that."

"Worst experience ever. Went there to get my sons corsage for prom. When we received it it was wilted argued with me that it was fine. Three 40 dollars me when it was 48.00 . They also threatened to call tge police if I didn't leave. Some custoner service test was. Thrn my sons friend went their to pick his up and the same thing happened. We then went yo the Marjet district and got an even better one for golf the price. I try send buy loxal but won't buy local from them."

"Ease of ordering, prompt and efficient for delivery. Nice presentation. But don't pick the designers choice!!! Special occasion birthday and instead of a beautiful colorful arrangement or such, to mark the day for a dear friend, is was an all white flower 'cake' of cheaper flowers with a few roses stuck in for color. Really disappointed. This was my first and probably last time utilizing them."

"My sisters and I came to Imperial Florist for our father’s funeral because both my sister and I used them for our weddings 20+ years ago. We were treated terribly upon arrival; like we were inconveniencing them. We were asked (rudely) when they were needed and then told they aren't open on weekends—we didn't need them on the weekend!? Our business was obviously not wanted, so we happily obliged and took it elsewhere."
