"Communication is practically nonexistent. You’ll never get an email returned once she has your flowers. I was told “I don’t have time to check emails.” She doesn’t return phone calls. Once I finally got my flowers back, they lost their color and look nothing like when I first got them back. I called her to question this and she said she would call me back, shockingly she never did. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else."

"I had my flowers preserved by Kathy. She is so kind and knowledgeable. My flowers turned out exactly as I had pictured and gave me a piece of our special day to display. Put your flowers in the refrigerator the night of your wedding to preserve them if you are going to do this!"

"The only reason I’m giving Kathy one star is because it won’t allow me to give her zero stars. I used her way back in 1996 and then again two times in 2016. My dad committed suicide in September 2019 and we’re still waiting for our flowers. I’m assuming she doesn’t have them and we will never get them. Having those flowers dried and preserved was extremely important to us. The amount of time that has passed is completely unacceptable. My mom and I have reached out to her with a plethora of phone calls and text messages, she has either given us the runaround or just ignored us. It’s very obvious she ruined the flowers and doesn’t want to admit it. Please, please do not trust her with anything sentimental."
