"Wasn't the arrangement I ordered. Charged me $30 to have delivered which I would have been okay with but she couldn't find the address and when I called she told me I had one more chance for her to get the delivery done when I gave a clear address and screenshot and live location to the address the first and second time. Then stated that she wasn't really familiar with the area. 4 of the flowers were dead. I will definitely never order anything from here again."

"At least 3 floral arrangements were delivered late to the funeral home. For the prices our friends and family paid, that is unacceptable. Funeral home said Rosie Day is frequently late with deliveries. Now we know not to use a tribute wall on a funeral home website, but to go through a reputable florist."

"I ordered an arrangement for my girlfriend to be delivered at her work (which is a half-mile from the florist). I placed the order in person, several days prior to her birthday. The flowers were not delivered on the designated day with an excuse of no water supply. The owner said she didn’t have my phone number to let me know it wouldn’t happen. This was a lie as it was the FIRST thing asked when I ordered. Very poor business practice and a lesson learned on my part."

"I called and ordered flowers after reading all the positive reviews on their website. Which must be relatives or paid employees because what was sent to the funeral home for my grandfather looked like the work of a toddler. So not impressed with this arrangement if that’s what you call. Don’t waste your money!"

"I ordered flowers for my mom last minute. I was only able to order the special of the day to ensure delivery before or on mother's day. The flowers were beautiful and didn't have a lot of filler like many shops use. They even added roses."
