"Let me start by saying, the flowers are gorgeous!! I am very pleased with them and my sister loves them (they were for her birthday). They truly look exactly like the stock photo. I was extremely disappointed to learn that these flowers, which were not cheap, were simply left sitting outside the residence even though there were people home at the time of delivery. They do not exactly live in a low crime area, my sister's vehicle has been stolen from in front of her townhouse, so I am glad these flowers did not disappear. Perhaps that is common practice, but local florists in the area I live in, will not typically leave deliveries outside. They will call the contact number provided to make other arrangements if no one is home, but when a person is home, they definitely should not have been left outside without notification."

"Natalya was super helpful and made stunning arrangements for our wedding! She was quick to respond to any questions I had. She even went the extra mile and offered to let us pick up our arrangements on the day of our wedding, despite not normally being open on Sundays. An awesome experience!"

She took the orders for my daughters’ homecoming flowers and achieved exactly what I wanted and they exceeded my expectations.
