"I live in Florida and had a death in the family in PA. I called Flowers by Valjeane to have a nice garden dish or floor plant delivered. We discussed the price, between $60-$80, which I was happy with. They delivered on time and the family member called to thank me and then they sent a photo of the arrangement. I was shocked by the size of the arrangement. When I called to complain, she assured me it was actually larger than it appeared in the photo. She did offer to give me a partial refund, which I accepted. Make sure you are very explicit about your expectations. I very much appreciated the fact that she worked with me to resolve the issue."

From our initial meeting, she was so helpful and accommodating to ensure everything looked as we envisioned and was within our price range.
