"What was ordered vs what we got. Got the a dog able basket if the picture doesn’t come up for you. Terrible customer service when confronted about how the flowers were not the same at all compared to what was ordered. Wasn’t even in the right basket. They also charged $70 for the flowers and insisted that they were worth $70. Won’t even give us a call back to resolve this. Don’t waste your money."
"Horrible customer service. Called and Emailed and NEVER heard anything!!!!! This is NOT how you run a business. Thank god, we were going to order flowers for our wedding. I also do a lot of ordering arrangements for the business I work for and I will not order from here EVER. I got a “Smile” mug from my Fiancé this morning 5/8/19 through Rosebud flower shop. I wasn’t very impressed with the presentation at all. For what he paid for it, (which I would never complain to him about it) I didn’t think it was worth it. It was like they did it very cheap and ran out of flowers. To much greenery and not enough flowers. The online picture was a lot prettier than what I got."
"I have purchased from Rosebud for a few different occasions, and for the most part, I have always been happy. However, this most recent purchase on Tuesday left me feeling a bit upset and invalidated on why I had contacted the shop post-purchase. I purchased the Plum Crazy arrangement for it's purple colors. If color hadn't mattered much, I wouldn't have minded the substitutions that my recipient had received, however, this arrangement is called Plum Crazy for a reason....purple flowers and purple vase. Below you can see the difference. While the flowers are still beautiful, it is mainly Peruvian lilies, carnations, daisies and fern. I understand that flower options can be limited at various times of the year and substitutions need to be made at times, but these are big subs. There also is no purple vase. After seeing this picture my recipient sent to me Tuesday evening, I knew the shop would be closed, but I wanted to leave a voicemail to voice my concern that no one had contacted me since the entire arrangement is different than expected. To my dismay, their voicemail box is not even set up, so I had to use their website to send an email. I expected an email response or phone call back yesterday to which I didn't receive. This morning, I decided to call the shop. To my surprise, my email was received and they knew exactly which arrangement I was referring to. I was told that they have the right to make substitutions as needed, and they had no more purple vases but the clear is of equal value. When it came to the colors, they told me they substituted with what was available and it was of equal value, and she apologized but told me there was nothing they could do, that they reserve the right to make all of those changes. She said that they just "don't have the time in the day" to contact clients if substitutions are made, which I of course understand, but this is an entirely different bouquet. I am now upset about this order. I wasn't looking for a new bouquet to be sent, but now I feel as thought they truly don't care about what they send out. I have ordered from various flower companies over the years and I do my best to support local, family-owned businesses. I have had great success (with a bit of a higher price tag though) through Potratz and I will continue to give them my business over Rosebud from now on. I know I would at least get a courtesy call if so many of my requested items were not available."
"Ruth and her crew are simply the best flower place around - hands down! Her prices are very reasonable, she knows exactly what she is doing and is a real pleasure to work with! We used her for our wedding and could NOT have been any happier with how it all turned out. She made a great effort to get to know the look I was going for and delivered and then some! I will be back there soon! Great, great place :-)"
