"Horrible experience. Front desk is nice , she is rude and dismissive and didn’t listen to anything I asked about and told me it was all normal. Then tried to push birth control when I told her my husband had a vasectomy. Also went for a second opinion. Found out I actually needed a hysterectomy."

"Had better care from military ob's on base.. my visit with Dr Neal felt like an interrogation! She harped on me for not wearing an n95 mask everytime I leave the house and for not using sunscreen in December. She wanted details of why I have ptsd, and when I said it was a personal trauma, she still kept digging for details. She spent so much time criticizing me that I couldn't even voice my concerns. This is my 4th child, and I don't need coddling, but she was rude and condensending to me the entire visit. Also, the chair in the waiting room had dry pee in it, so once I sat down I smelled it and moved but the stench was already stuck on my pants!! The only plus side is that the staff was VERY nice... other than the most important person.... the DOCTOR. I won't return. 1 outta 10."

"Dr. Neal and her staff work so hard and are an excellent team. Dr. Neal is straight to the point and beyond knowledgeable in everything she does. She is the only doctor on staff and will make sure SHE is there for your child birth or any emergency. I don’t know how to keeps up with it all, but her dedication and commitment is beyond admirable. "******Neal is HORRIBLE! She is emotionless with her work. I never felt as if my questions were answered, if anything she'd make me feel foolish for asking anything & that I wasting her time. When I'd go to appointments I'd be shaking, nervous, stressed, and uncomfortable. After seeing her a few times I then refused to visit a OBGYN for a pretty long time. Finally I went somewhere new and the experience is SO MUCH BETTER. Do not settle for this OBGYN. If you like the location of this one; there is one not too far from this office that is WAY BETTER. ****************"
