"Horrible experience. When I was pregnant with my son I went into labor the day before my due date. Went into the hospital with extreme contractions but my cervix was only 2cm dilated. She told the nurse to tell me to go home and take 2 Tylenol pms and call her In the morning. I went home which I know now I shouldn’t have and 20mins later my water broke. Dr. Contreras did not deliver my baby and came in the next day barley said anything to me nor checked me. Also told the nurses not to prescribe me any pain meds, for reasons I do not know. If your looking for a doctor who cares about you and your baby health do not go to Dr.Contreras office you will not get the experience a mom to be should get."

Pregnant woman AVOID HER AND HER PRACTICE AT ALL COST! I have never had a gyno experience, even with my first child (Kaiser was amazing!), that was as terrible as her and their team! Very unpleasant people! You are truly just a paycheck to them!"

"I was a new patient who scheduled an appointment 6 weeks in advance specifically with Dr. Erica Contreras for my first prenatal exam. Upon arriving to my scheduled appointment as the happiest first time pregnant mom, I was told that Dr. Contreras was not in and I would be seen by Katreena. I was not informed prior to my arrival that the doctor I scheduled with was not going to be available, not was I advised upon scheduling that another employee within the network would possibly see me instead of the doctor I researched. Katreena was very rude when she stepped in the exam room and she did not have any bedside manner. The next day, I devastatingly suffered an unexpected miscarriage. Please stay away from this practice."

"I switched to Dr. Contreras to handle the remainder of my pregnancy.. I somewhat regret it. Yes, she delivered my baby and that went well, but the visits in between that were awful. I would spend over an hour in the waiting room just to speak with her for 3-5 minutes. I never truly felt like I or my baby mattered to her. Often times, I felt like I had so many questions unanswered or little knowledge of what was next in my pregnancy due to the fact that I was more so just a number than a patient. Fast forward to having my baby, I continue to have issues with this office. They way they work with insurances when it comes to birth control is a joke. Being denied access to birth control when my insurance covers it at 100%... so wrong. I will be switching providers from here on out. Can’t believe how much this office has gone downhill since Dr. Aaron left."

"First visit was fine, she seemed to be interested in listening and explaining about my pregnancy & the baby but on the follow up visits, she is always in a hurry. Spends less than 5 mins checking & talking with patient. Seems like dr contreras & her staffs esp the receptionist is just up for the money! Receptionist also is rude & shady! I would not recommend this clinic! Money is their concern NOT patients!!!"
