"I’m from Maine and was in Keyser for a project for work for two months. I own a 2019 Chevy 1500. I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. During their thorough inspection they found that my oil cooler lines had started to leak, unfortunately I was a couple thousand miles over my warranty. But I had bought a extended warranty. As it turns out that warranty company is a nightmare to deal with, but Heather in service worked deliberately with the warranty company and my self with scheduling to get my truck repaired and the warranty to cover. Thank you Heather for working so hard. I highly recommend anyone in the area needing Chevy service you go see Heather. She will take care of you and keep you informed.
