"My husband and I switched from H & T Block to Jackson Hewitt 3 yrs ago and we were really glad we did. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They are also quicker and we never qualified for the advance at H & R Block but we have at Jackson Hewitt every yr since we started going there and we had the advance within a half hour of filing our taxes. This yr there was a small error I think in the systems, but the woman who did our taxes immediately fixed it as soon as she found out. She wasn't even working at the time and came in to fix it. She went out of her way to do it and had it fixed within 15 or 20 minutes. She was excellent."
