"I love the customer service. I had watch batteries changed and links removed from a watch to make it fit my wrist."
"What a remarkable store at the Quakerbridge Mall. Time after time I had to return with more help in finding the right watchband for my husband's watch. Every time, whoever was on duty was extremely patient and helpful, accommodating my changing needs because successive attempts at the right-size watchband was difficult. However, after a number of visits -- with the help of David, Katy, Shawn, and Nina -- the problem was solved. I am so grateful to the professional staff at Time After Time. It is a 5-Star watch store, specializing in excellent customer service!!!!!"
"I called this place and the manager is very impatient and rude, and barely even gave herself enough time to hang up the phone - she says she’s been there over 10 years - and I will admit she does know what she is doing as far as watch repairs go. I had to go back to this place over 4-5 times to actually get any kind of service done. The first time I get there at 6 pm on a Tuesday and it’s already gated and closed. I called them the next day and they said they probably stepped out for lunch and that they close at 8 pm — it’s weird they would take lunch 2 hours before closing and so late in the day, but I didn’t really think much of it. I go in the next day and the employee there at the time says she has too much to do and to come back the next day and she’ll personally fix it no problem. Come back the next day at the same time, and there is just one guy this time and he says my watch is too “complicated” to extend and to come back the next day, plus he wanted to upcharge me on a battery change that was quoted cheaper when I came back the next day with the manager. The 2 employees were every nice and professional though and made me even open my own watches - as they were very careful and courteous. Finally the manager is there the next day (it’s Friday now and I came like back to this place 4 consecutive days) and the manager is rushing everybody and not very friendly like she was on the phone with me. She knew how to extend my “complicated” watch and fix another watch missing a pin somehow. She also changed my battery for a cheaper price. I noticed a little scratch on my watch though as she gave back one of the watches (the nicest and most valuable watch)… she had told me to leave the watches with her for half an hour and already quoting the prices of the 2 people waiting in line after me, before even finishing with the quoting of my resquesrs. Very rude and she was not very nice, and she got mad I didn’t present her with all three of my requests at first - honestly everyone was being so rushed - I had no chance to do so - and she seemed very annoyed that I had more than one issue in the first place. Plus when I asked the other 2 employees of this place about this watch they said they couldn’t fix or assist me with fixing it and to either contact the manufacturer or leave it for their lab to fix it, but it would take 6 months (thank goodness I didn’t let this place have hold of my watch for 6 months) Anyway at the time I just thought I hadn’t seen the watch in a long time as I hadn’t worn it on yearss because I needed it extended, and I was busy looking at the other watches she fixed, but when I got home I noticed she completely and purposely scratched up the entirety of the watch pretty bad and it looks like it needs to be polished now — granted because it’s been years since carefully inspected my watch and it’s been a few days now — I’m thinking of how to go back and complain - I mean honestly I know they will do absolutely nothing about it - even if she admits to any wrongdoing. I know my watch was very shiny and didn’t need to be polished when I brought it in for her to hold and “fix” for half an hour, and it had very few minor scratches, if any at all — my watch now looks like someone stepped on it like they would have a cigarette. I gave her no attitude or flack in person or on the phone. I did notice 2 patrons very closely watching her as she was fixing their watches and now I know why. I even gave her extra time as she seemed bothered and annoyed she had so much to do and I understood she was being overworked when they only have one person clocked it at a time at 6 pm when everyone gets off work on a Friday... at a mall. I am very frustrated now and blessed the other two watches were unscathed. She’s probably just pissed I didn’t give her a chance to mess up the third watch — I was just so happy with her fixing my 2 other watches when I was walking away. If she’s a disgruntled employee she should just find another place to work."
"The young lady that helped me was knowledgable, friendly and made my repair quickly and at a very fair price. I will definitely return."
"TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I took my watch in to have the battery replaced just after Thanksgiving. I always pay to have the waterproofing re-sealed as well so I can take my watch in the water with me. I have had this watch for six years now, so I've had it re-sealed many times at this point, without any issues. The place I had gone to previously for battery replacement/re-sealing closed, so I took it to Time After Time in the Quakerbridge Mall. A few weeks after paying for the battery replacement & re-sealing of the waterproof seal, I wore the watch in the pool at my parents house in FL over Christmas. After 10 minutes in the pool, the watch was filled with water & stopped working (see photo)!!!! Either the employee who worked on my watch re-sealed it improperly or she didn't even do it at all!!! Either way, the photo speaks for itself. This watch is built to be water resistant to 330 feet!!! I have never had any issues wearing it in water after being re-sealed until taking it to this shop. If you care about your watch, stay away from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
