"Communication at this office is awful. I set an appointment a month ago for the Oxon Hill office and even got a confirmation the day before, only to arrive at my appointment today and be told the doctor does not see patients on Tuesdays or Thursdays. So why was that an option when I scheduled the appointment?!? And to make matters worse, the receptionist was totally unapologetic and nonchalant. I will be seeking a different practice where my time is valued more."

"I had my second born child and thought going to a black female doctor would be a great experience. Wishful thinking. Long story short, during my induced labor, she talked on the phone to the contractors that were fixing her basement floors….rude! Then to expedite the delivery, she took her hand and stretched my cervix from 7 cm to 10! Despite me telling her that she was hurting me, she keep forcing her hand inside of my body. After the baby was born, she was out to meet the contractors about her basement flooring. I’ve had 4 pregnancies, 3 by white doctors and one black female doctor. She was my worst experience ever. Avoid this doctor at all cost! Find a doctor that truly cares about the health of you and your unborn child."

"Help! Yesterday, I forgot to tell the lady in the Greenbelt office that they have a phone issue, it says " your call can not be completed as dialed" . Later It worked and I scheduled an appointment for 9/21/23, at 3pm. Issue, today I receive a email saying my appointment is scheduled for the 9/15/23 and the phone is not working AGAIN."

"Dr. Lauren Rodgers put my health in-danger. Missing lab test/annual exam results. I went to Dr. Rodgers for my annual exam and STD check. A week later I'm back in her office with additional concerns---she tells me that all my test came back normal. When I ask to see the results----no one can find it. When she was made aware of the mistake she completely blamed her staff and refused to be accountable for the mishap. She never offered to redo the test despite charging my insurance company for services that weren't rendered and just flat out didn't care to correct the matter."
