"I'm now strongly considering if Coates has a mental illness that prevents her from effectively accomplishing her job. After first appointment booked with her, I heard a woman loud and upset and she ignored the women without attempting to communicate, it was very disturbing that I cancelled my appointment after leaving. The same front desk staff recently created an appointment with her {without my knowledge} and there I was feeling like the same lady before. I mean something has to be mentally she just stood there like log instead of a human being or maybe she really dislikes the practice she works for. Very late without courtesy is a big red flag for me. PS. Del Ninno and Norman weren't much better in my opinion. Definitely there for the money alone is what it appears to me. On a positive note: Congratulations if you're reading and pregnant."
