"Not a good experience. Husband bought a watch for my Christmas present. Decided to return as it wasn’t my style. Instead of refunding, they charged him for the full price & accepted the watch. So we were charged double & they have the returned merchandise to sell. Luckily my husband discovered the error the next day. They offered a bland apology stating the register keys were close together. That tells me this has happened before so wouldn’t that have meant to pay extra attention. Also at the end of the day, shouldn’t they have realized the sales were WAY OFF based on the daily transactions. Fishy and criminal. There are too many much nicer jewelers in our area. Morse jewelers lost our business."
